Our return policy is applied for 30 days upon the date of the purchase. If 30 days passed from the date of the purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange on the order.

For your information, the shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item to us over $50, we strongly recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If you have not received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
***Cancellations (if applicable)***
Generally, we only accept the cancellation within 48 hours from the time of the purchase.
The orders, if accepted, cancelled after 48 hours are subject to AUD $15 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If the order was(were) shipped by the time of cancellation, the buyer is liable for paying the return shipping cost.
